Lindsey Cambardella
Chief Executive Officer
Lindsey took the reins as CEO of Translation
Station in 2017. She holds a bachelor’s
degree from Georgia State University
(graduating summa cum laude), a master’s
degree from the University of Missouri (St.
Louis), and a law degree from University of
Georgia Law School, where she served as
Editor in Chief of the Georgia Journal of
International and Comparative Law.
Reflecting Lindsey’s prominence in the
language industry, Lindsey was elected to
the Board of Directors of the Association of
Language Companies (ALC) in 2023. Under
Lindsey’s leadership, Translation Station’s
growth has resulted in several prestigious
awards, including a Pacesetter award from
the Atlanta Business Chronicle, two awards
from Inc. Magazine (both regional and
national recognition), and inclusion on the
2025 Bulldog 100 list, comprised of the 100
fastest-growing businesses owned or led by
University of Georgia graduates.

Jeremy Stallman
President & Director of Compliance
Jeremy is the Director of Compliance at Translation Station. He holds a degree in International Affairs from the Honors College at the University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude. Jeremy also earned his law degree from the University of Georgia Law School, graduating cum laude. Before joining Translation Station, Jeremy spent nearly a decade as a litigator at two distinguished AM-rated nationwide law firms. He also gained valuable in-house experience working in Frankfurt, Germany for a European financial institution, further honing his expertise in compliance and regulatory matters. With a strong foundation in law and international affairs, Jeremy is committed to ensuring Translation Station’s operations meet the highest compliance standards. His diverse experience in both the legal and financial sectors provides a unique perspective on navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Maria Aguilar
Director of Operations
Born and raised in Venezuela, Maria studied Civil Engineering and English before coming to the U.S. for a summer break that became a permanent move. She joined Translation Station in July 2021 as a Project Manager and quickly distinguished herself through her deep engagement with the company’s daily operations. With a sharp eye for process improvement and a collaborative spirit, she rapidly took on broader responsibilities beyond project management. Now as Director of Operations, she oversees company-wide workflows and ensures seamless coordination across departments. Her strategic mindset, adaptability, and problem-solving skills have been key to supporting Translation Station’s continued growth. She takes great pride in her work and confidently says she is “exactly where she needs to be.”

Vicky Herrington
Director of Accounting
Vicky is the Director of Accounting at Translation Station. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Norfolk State University and a master’s degree from Ashland University. Vicky brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and strategic leadership. Prior to joining Translation Station, Vicky led accounting teams in the private sector including Fortune 500 companies where she was the driving force behind significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies. She honed her skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and process optimization. Vicky’s proven ability to drive financial performance, manage complex projects, and lead high-performing teams is invaluable as she has a key role in shaping our financial strategy and our financial success.

Emma Banze
Director of Client Experience
Emma Banze is the Director of Client Experience, and has 10+ years of experience in professional services, on both the delivery and operations sides. Emma built a strong foundation in client management as a digital transformation strategy consultant working with senior leaders in Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies. She has led high-touch client engagements and designed first-ever processes at both large and fast-growing firms, focusing on areas that enhance the client experience. Emma has a bachelor’s degree from Mercer University (graduating summa cum laude) and a law degree from Mercer University School of Law, where she served on the Mercer Advocacy Council.

Cherie Lewis
Director of Interpretation
As Director of Interpretation, Cherie brings over 18 years of customer service and operations experience to her role. With a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Savannah State University, Cherie has led our onsite scheduling team with precision and care. Known for her attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, Cherie excels in managing complex and high-volume scheduling requests while managing her team members. She has built strong relationships with clients and interpreters alike, making her a key force behind Translation Station’s industry leading fill-rate and continued success.
